When I think about leadership, I think about influence, integrity, and the responsibility we hold to shape the experiences of those around us. I founded The Hegemony Group because I believe leadership is more than strategy and structure; it is a practice. A daily commitment to showing up with clarity, compassion, and intention.
For years, I have supported individuals across industries and higher education through coaching and development work. I saw talented professionals questioning their value, organizations struggling with alignment, and teams operating without a shared sense of purpose.
Yet I have also seen transformation when individuals recognize their strengths, embrace their authentic voice, and lead from that place.
